Project Details

A full gut renovation of a two-bedroom, one-bath loft in the Seaport. The existing kitchen, bathroom, closet wall, and flooring all came out, followed by structural work, new insulation, blueboard, and plaster, with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing run new throughout.

The kitchen was rebuilt with custom cabinetry, stone countertops, integrated appliances, and new lighting. The bathroom was redesigned with new tile, a custom vanity, fixtures, and millwork. Tile flooring went in across the unit, along with new closets, laundry built-ins, and a pocket door. The walls, ceilings, and trim were painted, the exposed beams stained, and the finish carpentry detailed throughout.
