Either way. We can run the whole job, or step in for a single piece, like owner’s representation, on a job that’s already moving.
02 Do you take on commercial work, or only homes?
Both. Most of what we do is high-end residential, and we also handle select commercial build-outs and tenant fit-outs across Boston.
03 What kind of work is the right fit for Cityside?
The involved end. Whole-home and gut renovations, ground-up custom homes and multi-family, and the projects where the detailing and the budget both have to be right. If it’s complicated, that’s where we’re strongest.
04 Can you help shape a project before the drawings are done?
Yes. Through owner’s representation and our development side, we’ll work on the budget, the feasibility, and the team early, and bring in architects and engineers we trust when the time comes. That keeps the design and the construction moving together from day one.
