A Boston University graduate in economics, Garrett runs the work on the ground, the schedule, the trades, the inspections, and the daily reporting, so every job stays on budget, on time, and on one clear line of communication.

Cityside is a Boston general contractor working across residential, multi-family, and select commercial. Affiliated with William Raveis, we also help clients buy, sell, and develop real estate, so the same firm can handle finding a property, pricing the work, and building it.

Across Boston and the surrounding towns, including Beacon Hill, Back Bay, the South End, South Boston, the Seaport, Cambridge, Brookline, Wellesley, Newton, and Weston.

Gut renovations and additions, multi-family, ground-up homes, and commercial build-outs, usually on the larger, more involved end. Every job runs under one contract, with a fixed scope and budget you approve before we start.
