Nick and his team were absolutely amazing. They were very patient during planning, but once the permits came through, his team went to work. They delivered within the estimated timeline and kept in excellent communication throughout. They took our original 1958 kitchen and barely updated basement and made them into dream living spaces. I would highly recommend Cityside for any renovation project, large or small.
Nick, Garrett, and the team at Cityside were awesome to work with! We remodeled the top floor of our apartment, converting a 2-bedroom into a 3-bedroom and renovating the two bathrooms, and they finished on budget and ahead of schedule. The communication is top notch, and they provided progress reports at the end of each day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to remodel!

Nick and his whole team at Cityside did an exceptional job demolishing our triple decker’s old porches and building new ones. They were thorough, collaborative, and very knowledgeable. As problems arose, they pivoted with effective solutions without adding too much extra cost. All of Cityside’s partner contractors were professional and highly skilled. The quality of the work was next-level. We would absolutely hire Cityside again.
