Project Details

This third-floor condo in South Boston was stripped down to the studs and completely rebuilt. What started as an outdated three-bedroom, two-bath unit became a modern, high-end residence with custom finishes in every room. All systems were replaced new, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation, before the unit was framed out and brought back to life.

Hardwood flooring runs through the bedrooms and living areas, both bathrooms feature full tile installations with custom vanities and new fixtures, and the kitchen was built around custom cabinetry and fabricated countertops. Detailed millwork, new trim, and new doors were installed throughout to tie everything together. From first demo swing to final punch list, the project was coordinated across fifteen-plus trades to deliver a finished unit that feels like new construction.
