Yes, and that’s where building gives us an edge. We advise on offer strategy, pre-sale improvements, and marketing, and because we’re the ones who would do the work, our improvement advice is specific and costed: what to touch, what to skip, and what it returns at the closing table.
Does Cityside handle rentals and leasing?

How do you underwrite a deal?
We run the feasibility and the pro forma, then price the construction against current cost and real lead times, not a per-square-foot guess. We pressure-test the exit against where the submarket is actually trading, so the number you get is one you can build to and sell into.
