Project Details

A full interior renovation of a two-bedroom, one-bath penthouse in Beacon Hill. Every wall and trim line was repainted, the staircase refinished, and the lighting and electrical redone throughout, with new fixtures, dimmers, ceiling fans, and chandeliers.

The hallway was reconfigured to add linen storage and widen the vanity wall, finished with custom metal trim detailing. The kitchen took new tile flooring, countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet, integrated appliances, and refinished cabinetry. The bathroom was gutted and rebuilt with custom tile, a new vanity and fixtures, a new tub, updated lighting, and a built-in laundry center.

Inside, we added built-in shelving and a barn door. Outside, the roof deck was rebuilt end to end with new Trex decking, PVC railings and gate, and a new shed with full waterproofing. The HVAC condenser was relocated, new outlets run, and the permitting and logistics handled start to finish.
