A kitchen or bath is where a renovation gets judged every single day. We build them across Boston and Wellesley, from a gut kitchen to a primary bath carved out of a guest bedroom. Cabinetry, stone, tile, plumbing, and lighting all run through one Cityside project manager, so every trade works off one plan. In the Seaport, that meant a custom kitchen and bath inside a brick-walled loft. In Savin Hill, it meant glossy green tile, a brass shower column, and a window set high in the shower, right where a bedroom used to be.

01Will you take on just the kitchen, or just one bath?

Yes. A single room is a full project to us, and we can also fold it into a whole-home renovation.

02Can we live at home while you work?

Often, yes. In Savin Hill, magnetic zip doors and stair protection sealed the work off while the owners stayed home.

03How long until we can use the new bath?

It depends on the scope. Our Savin Hill primary bath and walk-in closet was permitted, inspected, and on site for under six weeks.

04Can you move the plumbing, a wall, or a window?

Yes. In Savin Hill we built a bath where a bedroom used to be and ran new drains through the floor. In Roslindale we raised the kitchen window.

05Who handles the permits and inspections?

We do, start to finish. You’ll have one point of contact through the final sign-off.

06Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Cityside is a licensed and insured Boston general contractor, Massachusetts HIC #216577 and CSL #CS-122098.
