Since taking on the role of Head Varsity Wrestling Coach at Canton High School in 2022 and launching the Canton Youth Wrestling program in 2023, coaching has had a major impact on Nick’s leadership style. It’s strengthened his discipline, elevated his expectations, and shown him how to motivate people in high-pressure environments. He’s learned how to build strong teams, create structure, and keep everyone aligned toward a shared vision.
