Myrtle Street Residence — Beacon Hill

This penthouse renovation in Beacon Hill encompassed a two-bedroom, one-bath residence with comprehensive interior upgrades and coordinated exterior improvements. Interior work included full-unit repainting of walls and trim, staircase refinishing, and lighting and electrical upgrades throughout, including new fixtures, dimmers, ceiling fans, and chandeliers. The hallway was reconfigured to add new linen storage, expand the vanity wall, and incorporate custom metal trim detailing, along with selective closet repairs and layout refinements. The kitchen was updated with new tile flooring, countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet, integrated appliances, and cabinet refinishing, while the bathroom received a full renovation with custom tilework, vanity, fixtures, tub installation, updated lighting, and an integrated laundry center. The project also included custom interior features such as built-in shelving and barn door installation, as well as a complete roof deck reconstruction featuring new Trex decking, PVC railings and gate, a newly constructed shed with full waterproofing, mechanical coordination including new outlets and HVAC condenser relocation, and full project logistics, permitting, and management to deliver a cohesive, high-end result.
